New Clients at Move It Chiropractic
When you come to our practice, you’ll feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk in. Know that we will work with you to achieve optimal health and wellness, now and for a lifetime. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork, provided you haven’t already completed it online.
The Initial Consultation
Unless you have already done so online, you’ll be asked to complete a new client form at your initial consultation. You’ll be brought to our ROS new client room, where you’ll go on the bilateral weight scales; we’ll also measure your height and take posture photos.
The doctor will take a detailed medical history and ask some questions to obtain a full picture of what’s going on. This is followed by a physical exam and neurological, orthopaedic, and balance testing. Depending on what is discovered, you will likely be referred for X-rays, which are bulk billed.
When You Return
On your second visit, the doctor will discuss the findings of your exam, testing and X-rays, if applicable. They’ll tell you what they discovered and how it’s affecting your body. At that point, a care plan is created to address the problem, detailing how long it will take, the frequency of visits, and the total cost. If you decide to proceed, consent forms will be signed, and you’ll receive your first adjustment.
Financial Responsibility
Our practice accepts Medicare referrals and private clients (HICAPS). Major credit cards are also accepted and X-rays are bulk billed. Please speak with a staff member if you have any questions or concerns.
Our fees are comparable for the area, but our skills and experience are priceless.
